The Salvation Army in Miami, FL is seeking a Store Associate at ARC-MIAMI ARC WAREHOUSE. This full-time position oversees receiving, sorting, pricing, packaging, and distributing merchandise to keep stock flowing and accurate. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to policy.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour. Prior sorting/pricing experience and some supervisory exposure are preferred to help maintain quality control and timely merchandise delivery to stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred with six months sorting and pricing merchandise.
• Some supervisory experience preferred or equivalent training/experience.

Job Location: ARC-MIAMI ARC WAREHOUSE - Miami, FL 33127, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly, Job Category: Store, Supervises and participates in the receiving, sorting, pricing, packaging, and distributing of merchandise ensuring all items are processed in an efficient and timely manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures; ensures that all sorting activities are conducted in a manner that will provide maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control; serves as liaison to store personnel to ensure stores receive the needed merchandise.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred and six months experience sorting and pricing merchandise in a retail environment with some supervisor experience preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
