Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering instruction in various settings (classroom, lab, production), and maintaining compliance with college policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Non-credit workforce training aligned to employer needs and contractual requirements.
• Develop learner-centered lesson plans and teaching strategies for adults.
• Deliver instruction in corporate, classroom, laboratory, brewing facility, virtual, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: deliver project-based, non-credit workforce training for employers.
• Curriculum & Materials: customize curriculum and instructional materials for training engagements.
• Assessment & Compliance: administer assessments and document learner outcomes and records.
• Operational & Facility Oversight: maintain training spaces and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Professionalism & Morale: maintain punctuality, adapt teaching to diverse learners, provide customer service.
• Institutional Alignment: comply with college standards and policies, participate in required trainings.
