Topa Topa Brewing Co. in Ventura, CA is seeking a Packaging and Warehouse Manager to lead packaging and warehouse operations, ensuring high-quality beer is packaged and shipped to taprooms and distributors.

You will shape packaging schedules, manage equipment and lead a growth-minded team with a focus on process improvements and safety. The role requires experience in large-scale packaging, strong mechanical aptitude, and collaboration with logistics to optimize distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the packaging process from brite tank to distribution, including canning, kegging, cold storage and material sourcing.
• Troubleshoot packaging machinery issues and manage day-to-day canning and kegging operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and packaging best practices.
• Create finished goods in ERP and manage materials tracking and SKU creation.
• Lead and develop packaging and warehouse teams, schedule tasks and improve processes.
