Job summary

Athletic Brewing Co. seeks a versatile Facilities Technician I at the Milford Brewery to perform maintenance on mechanical equipment and support building projects. You will ensure work adheres to food-grade standards and maintain equipment integrity while collaborating with a diverse vendor network.

The role emphasizes independent project work and teamwork, with opportunities to own improvements and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires facilities or mechanical experience.
• CMMS experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Electrician experience is a plus.
• Plumbing experience is a plus.
• Sanitary welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of brewing, packing, and support equipment; serve as SME in process areas.
• Ensure maintenance areas are safe, clean and orderly; perform proper cleanup.
• Maintain respectful work communications.
• Respond to production questions and issues; follow up with supervisors.
• Observe equipment in operation to prevent/diagnose problems; discuss solutions with management.
• Complete at least 90% of assigned work orders and PMs in CMMS; assign parts and document findings.
• Assist in pump rebuilds.
• Calibrate wastewater pH probes.
• Independently complete PMs on packaging, brewing, and support equipment.
• Assume Facilities Apprentice responsibilities when needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
