Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and safety standards for beer production.
• Master cellar Operator 1, Operator 2, and Technician 1 tasks.
• Manage cellar tasks and procedures in Orchestrated Beer.
• Oversee maintenance of cellar equipment (planned and unplanned).
• Manage cellar labor scheduling and individual performance.
• Maintain SOPs, logs, and safety documentation.
• Ensure team compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, text, or verbally.
