Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Pre-Treatment Plant Operator to safely operate and maintain brewery-wide utility systems including process and potable water treatment and wastewater pretreatment. You will monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and adjust processes to meet product quality, regulatory, and safety standards across multiple shifts.

You will perform routine sampling, lab analyses, equipment maintenance, and data reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and processes.
• Ability to work across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and ability to lead change.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA and plant safety standards, including Lockout-Tagout, work permitting, and Process Safety Management.
• Process monitoring and operation of wastewater pretreatment unit processes to meet permit limits.
• Sample collection, lab analysis and interpretation of results.
• Perform maintenance and repair to all equipment and instrumentation.
• Operation of screening, clarification, anaerobic digestion, and biogas handling equipment.
• Maintain bulk chemical inventory and assist with weekly/daily reports.
• Work with outside vendors on special projects.
