Qualifications

• Strong planning and project management under pressure.

• Able to lift 50 lb bags and move heavy objects.
• Standing for extended periods; able to work in 32–100°F.
• Understand MSDS and handle chemicals safely.
• Able to multi-task and work unsupervised or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete brewing process including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling, and transfers.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from team.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Aid yeast propagation following Company process.
• Maintain cleanliness of all brew house areas.
• Collaborate with Lab Technician to ensure quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures unless instructed otherwise.
• Communicate with Granite City staff regularly and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory; report low levels to supervisor.
• Attend shifts on time with a positive attitude.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
