BBQ Holdings, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Brewer responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and efficient brewing process while collaborating with team members and maintaining equipment.

Candidates should have a passion for brewing, strong planning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. A valid driver's license is required, and flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Passion and commitment for brewing.
• Able to lift heavy objects (empty kegs, 50 pound malt bags) above five feet.
• Standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete brewing process in a safe and efficient manner.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Aid with yeast propagation following Company's process.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house.
