SweetWater Brewing Co. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Brew House Operator to perform daily wort production, CIP, and finishing operations. You will ensure a clean, organized brew floor and adherence to quality standards while supporting the team.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness, following procedures, and communicating maintenance needs to optimize performance. Prior brewery experience is preferred and shift rotation occurs every 2–4 weeks.

Qualificações

• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and motivational abilities.
• Background in brewing science or a related field.
• Past practical brewery experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Wort production / brew house operations.
• Brew house CIP processes.
• All finishing operations.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Communicate any maintenance or other needs of the operation to maximize and maintain optimum standards.
