Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support brewery operations. This role focuses on repairing and maintaining equipment used in brewing and packaging, as well as performing facility maintenance.

You will repair and replace components, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor systems to ensure optimal operation. Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or associate’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years direct manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in food and beverage.
• Good mechanical aptitude and use of basic hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems with minimal assistance.
• Read electrical and mechanical manuals and schematics.
• Able to make decisions and solve problems.
• Effective communication with supervisors and peers.
• Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook).
• Understanding of electrical construction, conduit, and PLC/drive troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment related to brewing and packaging.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Observe electrical and mechanical devices to locate causes of trouble.
• Repair and replace defective parts and service plant facilities equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors, heat exchangers, boilers and chillers.
• Adjust and test machinery; replace belts, chains, sprockets, and drive train components.
• Use CMMS to view work orders, document parts, and close work orders.
• Document parts usage and inventory levels.
• Perform sanitary welding (Stick and TIG).
• Other duties as assigned.
