Job summary

BreweryJobs.com is seeking a Lab Technician for our Arizona brewery lab team. The role supports quality control and data analysis, collecting and reporting critical control point data used to inform product quality decisions.

Responsibilities include data collection, equipment calibration, and daily analytical tasks on fermentation and packaging lines, with weekend hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months of laboratory experience; preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing facility.
• An applicable degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Coconino County Food Handler’s Card

Responsibilities

• Communicates data collection expectations and techniques to operators across the brewery.
• Escalates quality concerns to Director of Quality.
• Calibrates lab/quality equipment daily and maintains instruments.
• Performs daily gravities, pH and temperature adjustments of all fermentation tanks.
• Runs package oxygen and CO2 tests.
