As a Brewer, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality beer while maintaining our equipment and ensuring a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and brew beer according to established recipes and standards.

• Monitor fermentation processes and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal product quality.

• Maintain brewing equipment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and conducting regular inspections.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the brewing process.

• Collaborate with team members on new recipes and product development initiatives.

• Assist in inventory management of raw materials, ensuring timely ordering of supplies.

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the brewing process to minimize downtime.

• Participate in quality control testing to uphold our brand’s standards.
