Job summary

BrewDog in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Brewer I to join our production team. You will work with experienced brewers to learn the craft, develop technical skills, and help produce high-quality beer for our customers.

This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to brewing operations in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. Training and growth opportunities are a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for craft beer and brewing operations; eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, HACCP requirements, and GMP standards.
• Assist with brewing, cellar, filtration, packaging, and cleaning operations as directed.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain brewery hygiene and quality standards.
• Support daily production schedules and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Learn the operation of brewing and production equipment through hands-on training.
• Maintain SAP and written records updated.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
