Job summary

Squareone Holding Company in Pittsboro, NC is seeking an Hourly Brewer to lead brewing operations, produce core and seasonal beers, maintain equipment, and ensure top-quality pints across our program.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of professional brewing experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Interest in craft beer and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to brewing operations including brewing, cellaring, and packaging.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Record batch data and monitor QA/QC analytics.
• Brew, cellar, transfer, filter, and package beer per SOPs.
• Support production and assist Head Brewer as needed.
