Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial horticultural plant breeding and team leadership.
• 5+ years of experience working in seed research and development.
• Proven experience releasing multiple commercial varieties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the Salinas research station.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural safety standards and research protocols.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including breeders and technicians.
