Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field required.
• 2 years of related work experience; 5 years may substitute.
• Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WIC programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for WIC Local Agencies on upcoming births.
• Manage logistics of the New Employee Training Cohort (registration, links, materials).
• Coordinate with facilitators to maintain current presentations and materials.
• Manage registrations and communications for breastfeeding events and trainings.
• Distribute and update Breast Pump Reports for local agencies and coordinate with BNPA inventory.
