Job summary

Memorial Cancer Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Breast Surgical Oncology (Outpatient) team in Hollywood, Florida. The APP will provide independent visits for new patients, post-operative and follow-ups under physician supervision.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year oncology experience, a national Adult NP or PA certification, Florida license by hire date, and BLS.

Qualifications

• 1+ year oncology experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• National Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant Certification.
• Florida license must be obtained by date of hire and BLS from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent visits for new patients, post-operative, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cancer care specialists in the outpatient clinic.
