Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Springfield, OR seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Breast Surgical Oncology & High-Risk Breast Clinic. This clinic-based role collaborates with three breast oncologists to deliver evaluation, planning, perioperative care, survivorship, and risk-reduction strategies for high‑risk patients.

The APP will perform diagnostic assessments, coordinate genetic testing, support tumor boards, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• MSN and accredited Nurse Practitioner program completed.
• RN and APRN licensure in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience or interest in breast surgery, oncology, genetics, or high-risk care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive breast cancer evaluations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate pre- and post-operative care and survivorship planning.
• Assist with hereditary cancer risk assessment and genetic testing coordination.
