Job summary

The Practice Manager will provide leadership and management to the Stamford Health Medical Group Breast Surgery practice, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure strong clinical outcomes, patient and staff satisfaction, and solid financial performance. Collaborates with physicians and administration to develop and implement business plans, measure performance, and drive improvements.

Schedule: On-site in Stamford, CT Monday – Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of medical practice management experience or additional certification.
• Excellent HR, leadership and fiscal management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice and staff.
• Lead front desk, medical records, nursing and ancillary services.
• Develop and implement the practice's mission and business plans.
• Monitor productivity and collaborate with physicians and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
