Inova Schar Clinic seeks an RN Oncology Navigator to join the Riverstone Clinic for Breast Surgery. This PRN day-shift role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, focusing on case management, patient education, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthcare programs and education to community resources and groups.
• Assess patient health and psychosocial needs and develop a case plan.
• Coordinate care plans and patient discharge; educate patients and families.
• Document pretesting, orders and outcomes per policy; communicate with team.
• Help improve services and outcomes through data and satisfaction surveys.
