Job summary

Advocate Health in High Point, North Carolina, seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Breast Surgery team. This 1.0 FTE hybrid role supports patients across the breast surgery continuum in clinic and hospital settings, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Open to experienced APPs and new graduates. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with call rotation and RVU incentives for additional compensation. Experience in breast surgery preferred.

Qualifications

• Education licensure and board certification required for NP/PA practice.
• North Carolina licensure eligibility for NP/PA.
• Hospital privileges eligibility for practice in the Breast Surgery setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the breast surgery team to manage outpatient and inpatient patients.
• Provide patient-centered care and develop plans of care with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies within APP scope of practice.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate care with the care team.
