The Biological Sciences Division at the University of Chicago is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN or PA) to support clinical care and patient services in the General Surgery and Plastic Surgery teams. The role involves various responsibilities including assisting in surgical procedures and maintaining departmental standards.

Applicants should have a relevant degree, with preference given to those holding an Advanced degree or equivalent and relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,900.00 – $167,200.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related discipline.
• Current or eligible for State of Illinois licensure/registration required.
• Certification from NCCPA by start date is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supports surgical clinics and Breast Center at multiple locations.
• Assists in all plastic surgery procedures.
• Performs specified diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
