Job summary

Comprehensive Breast Center of Arizona is seeking a talented Breast Surgeon to join our Phoenix-area private practice serving Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with a team-based approach.

The successful candidate will have fellowship training in Breast Surgery or BC/BE in General Surgery, eligibility for Arizona medical licensure, and strong surgical skills. Visa sponsorship may be available for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery; new fellowship graduates welcome
• BC/BE in General Surgery
• Eligible for Arizona Medical License
• Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical history reviews
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies)
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists to plan treatment
• Provide patient education on treatment options, risks and benefits
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Stay updated with latest breast surgery techniques and technologies
