• Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Licensure/Certification:
  • State medical license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery (American Board of Surgery).
• Experience: Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred, or equivalent expertise
• Technical Skills:
  • eClinicalWorks EMR proficiency
  • Advanced breast surgery procedures
• Soft Skills:
  • Multidisciplinary team leadership
  • Patient advocacy
• Competitive Compensation: $300,000–$400,000/year (negotiable based on expertise) + $15,000 sign-on bonus
