Job summary

AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s leading health system, seeks a Fellowship-Trained Plastic Surgeon with subspecialty Breast Reconstruction to join our Women’s Health and Cancer Care team. Join a renowned system with top hospitals, sleek facilities, and a patient-centered mission.

You will lead in breast reconstruction, mentor surgeons and APPs, and collaborate across leadership to improve access and outcomes in a thriving cancer program.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in subspecialty
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary cancer center
• Experience with optimization of scheduling and streamline referrals
• Recruit and mentor surgeons and APPs
• Collaborate with Women's Cancer Leadership on accreditation
• Demonstrate expertise in implant and autologous breast reconstruction
• Provide operative and clinic expertise and service coverage
• Demonstrate oncoplastic techniques in partnership with breast surgery
• Participate in policy development for program accreditation
• Knowledge of ERAS and other protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary cancer care teams
• Oversee scheduling optimization and referral pathways
• Recruit and mentor surgeons and APPs within the department
• Collaborate to expand patient access and volumes
• Demonstrate expertise in breast reconstruction techniques
• Provide operative and clinic coverage, including calls
• Contribute to accreditation and policy development
