AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest health system, is looking for a Fellowship-Trained Plastic Surgeon with expertise in Breast Reconstruction. The role involves leadership in patient care and mentorship within the Women’s Health and Cancer Care team.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in subspecialty, preferably in Breast Reconstruction.
• Experience with scheduling optimization and patient management.
• Ability to provide mentorship to surgeons and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operative and in-clinic expertise in breast reconstruction.
• Collaborate with Women's Cancer Leadership to improve patient access.
• Participate in quarterly policy development meetings.

Skills

Fellowship training in subspecialty
