University of Washington Medical Center - Northwest Radiology's Breast Imaging Clinic is seeking a Specialist Mammography Imaging Technologist for a part-time role in Seattle. You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and localizations.

The position focuses on independent, accurate imaging, patient communication, and adherence to MQSA standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT Mammography certification or equivalent education/experience.
• State of Washington radiologic technologist certification required.
• ARRT(M) Mammography certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography and ultrasound equipment independently and accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions.
• Maintain proper aseptic technique during procedures.
• Select appropriate patient from workload and enter data for permanent records.
• Evaluate new equipment prototypes and protect confidential information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of EPIC and PACS in daily duties.
