Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through ARDMS or ARRT Mammography/BS credential.
• Breast imaging experience preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and screening breast ultrasound examinations per protocols.
• Review patient history to guide imaging.
• Produce high-quality breast ultrasound images for radiologist interpretation.
• Prepare patients, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Document findings and maintain EMR/PACS records.
• Ensure equipment quality and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver care.
• Support QA/QI initiatives and regulatory compliance.
