AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist with extensive mammography experience to support the Breast Center. The role involves budgeting input, planning breast-related conferences, and collaborating with radiologists and staff to ensure top-tier patient care.

Requirements include 10+ years in mammography, 5+ years in MQSA compliance and stereotactic procedures, and ARRT RT credentials. Excellent data management and policy upkeep are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides input to annual budgeting and cost management related to equipment and staffing.
• Assists with planning Breast Conference.
• Communicates with Radiologists, Surgeons, and Administration to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Evaluates and makes purchasing recommendations for equipment and supplies.
• Maintains Breast Center policies and procedures; develops and evaluates programs.
• Ensures licensing and regulatory compliance; audits required statistics.
• Manages data collection to monitor clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Plans, schedules and manages procedural aspects of the Breast Center.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
