Loyola Medicine in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging to lead a high‑performing team and deliver patient‑centered care. This hands‑on leadership role combines clinical practice with management duties, overseeing daily operations and rotating to off‑site locations as needed.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure imaging quality, mentor staff, and support scheduling, workflow, and equipment readiness in a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technology Mammo Associate's degree or equivalent training; 3–5 years experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• ARRT (M) licensure; CPR (AHA); IEMA certification; EPIC/PAC experience; Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Breast Imaging team with hands-on leadership and clinical practice.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality imaging services.
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and rotations to off-site locations as needed.
• Mentor staff and manage daily radiology department operations.
