Minimum Required: Specific Degree(s): Radiologic Technology-Mammo Associate's degree - or equivalent training acquired via work experience 3-5 years of previous job-related experience Expected to function as a "working manager" Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision-making skills Preferred: 3-5 years Coordinator, Lead or Management experience Bachelor's Degree UKG scheduling or equivalent Licensure/Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program ARRT (M) licensure CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA) EPIC, PAC experience or equivalent Excel Proficient (intermediate) Testing for proficiency maybe required
