Loyola Medicine in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. This role offers evenings and nights with weekend/weekday rotation, 20 hours per week, across Melrose Park and off-site locations.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent training with ARRT (R) licensure and Illinois IEMA license. CPR certification is also required, with a degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent training required.
• Less than 1 year of Radiologic Technology experience.
• ARRT (R) licensure and Illinois IEMA license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures and operate imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with the imaging team to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient safety, positioning, and comfort during procedures.

What You’ll Need

• Experience Required: Less than 1 years of relevant Radiologic Technology experience
• Education Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent training
• Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Licensure & Certifications Required: R.T. (R) (ARRT) Illinois IEMA License CPR (AHA only) Recent Graduates 90 days to obtain certification
• Other: For applicants that are certified by ARRT prior to 2015, no associate degree is required. For applicants certified thereafter or that are not certified, an associate degree is required due to the change in ARRT’s Certification Requirements
