Job summary

Hologic, Inc. on the Breast Surgery team seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support quota achievement and drive territory growth for Women’s Health Breast Surgery and Localization products.

You will collaborate with the Territory Manager to develop business plans, perform product demonstrations, and present the value proposition to physicians and hospital leaders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in medical or B2B sales; travel of 50–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, biomedical, business, or marketing discipline.
• 1–2 years of medical sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills with experience in medical devices or related cycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Managers in driving growth across the product portfolio.
• Develop and implement selling strategies to achieve quota and maximize market share.
• Conduct product demonstrations and case coverage to show value to physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and hospital decision-makers.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers and educate healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.
