Job summary

Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital seeks a full-time Breast Health Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary breast program at the Cancer Center on Lowell General Hospital's Main Campus. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered breast health services in an outpatient Hematology/Oncology environment.

You will work closely with breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiologists, and primary care physicians to coordinate care, educate patients, and guide them through risk assessment,

Qualifications

• APRN license and national NP certification.
• Experience in breast health or oncology preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive breast health assessments, including histories and risk assessments.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, imaging, and referrals.
• Collaborate with breast surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and other team members to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about breast health, screening, treatment options, and survivorship.
• Monitor follow-up visits and coordinate supportive care services.
