Job summary

Division Manager and supervises Care Coordinators as needed. Requirements include a BSN with 3–5 years nursing experience, RI RN licensure, CPR certification, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• BSN with 3–5 years nursing experience.
• Current RN license in Rhode Island.
• CPR certification required.
• Oncology Nursing Society certification preferred or to be obtained within two years of hire.
• Nursing Navigation Certification preferred or to be obtained within two years of hire.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical care and assessment of patient populations as part of the Breast Center team.
• Provides and manages quality patient care.
• Demonstrates leadership in coordinating Breast Health Center outpatient services.
• Supervises Care Coordinators as necessary.
• Coordinates health education for patients.
• Works with Sr Division Manager on daily clinical activities and assists in research of medical studies.
• Preserves patient rights to confidentiality.
