Job summary

Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to support physicians and technologists in mammography, Breast US and Breast MRI. The role emphasizes accurate charting, patient care, and collaboration within the Breast Center team.

Under supervision, you will assist with procedures, manage EMR entries, coordinate prescriptions and patient flow, and contribute to a compassionate, quality healthcare environment at MANA in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Qualifications

• RMA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12–18 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician for procedures and exams; organize schedules and locate reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR/chart entries.
• Contact pharmacy to order new/refill prescriptions; notify patient.
• Notify hospital or personnel of physician's orders.
• Triage patients to maintain departmental flow.
