Job summary

Montclair Breast Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with physicians and staff, delivering breast care services under established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include ambulatory care, taking health histories, cancer screening, imaging interpretation with radiology, genetic testing per NCCN guidelines, counseling, and care planning.

NJ NP licensure, DEA and CDS are required; strong documentation, communication, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• NJ NP license and credentials required.
• Experience in breast care or ambulatory clinics preferred.
• Ability to manage acute/chronic conditions with protocol-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory care, taking health histories, cancer screening and risk assessment.
• Interpret breast imaging with radiologist and coordinate care.
• Genetic testing per NCCN guidelines and counseling.
• Develop plans of care and ensure follow-up per NP protocols.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and maintain documentation.
