Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager for Performance Analytics & Insights in the Oncology space. This role focuses on tracking the breast cancer portfolio, translating insights into action for brand teams and leadership, and driving data-driven strategy across a complex matrixed environment.

The position emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and the ongoing development of enterprise dashboards. Hybrid work with select onsite days in NYHQ, Collegeville PA, or Lake Forest IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
• 6+ years in biopharma, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health).
• Strong ability to translate analytics into business narratives for brand leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and tie them to brand strategy.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand market dynamics and treatment patterns.
• Maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, and cross-functional partners to align methodologies and definitions.
