Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to support the breast cancer portfolio within Oncology. The role tracks commercial performance, analyzes brand demand, market share, and patient segments, and translates insights into actionable narratives for brand teams and senior leadership.

The candidate will partner with forecasting, data science, and market access teams, apply AI-enabled tools, and contribute to the LT Dashboard while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy).
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design.
• Ability to translate analyses into business narratives for leadership.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern analytics.
• Experience in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Master’s preferred; SQL/Python/R/Alteryx skills favored.
• Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP) experience.
• Experience with breast cancer brand analytics and biomarker trends.
• Forecasting inputs like demand-based sizing and market share analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Leverage IQVIA/Symphony Health data to surface trends and link signals to strategy.
• Analyze by histology, biomarkers, demographics to understand market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variation for strategy.
• Translate findings into clear business narratives for brand teams and leadership.
• Maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting accuracy.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure reliable insights.
