Job summary

Providence's Swedish First Hill campus in Seattle seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse to administer a navigational program guiding patients from abnormality to diagnosis and treatment planning.

You will collaborate with providers to offer support, referrals, coordination of care, and education for patients with cancer or suspected cancer; BSN required, WA RN license, and BLS certification. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Applicants without a BSN degree must pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required at hire.
• 3 years of experience in Oncology, Breast Care and health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer a navigational program that assists and expedites diagnostic care from discovery to diagnosis.
• Collaborate with providers to provide support, referrals, coordination of care and education during diagnosis and treatment planning for cancer patients or those suspected of cancer.
