Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Location Attendant to manage breakroom stock, display, and cleanliness across client locations. You will ensure beverages, coffee products, snacks, and related items are fully stocked and well presented while following company standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and reliability in maintaining organized spaces and FIFO stock rotation. This on-site position supports ongoing client relations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh foods, condiments, and sundries per plan-o-gram.
• Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines using FIFO.
• Inspect and remove products at or near best-by date before each visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee and vending machines and surrounding areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
• Provide frontline customer service by listening to and resolving client complaints.
