Job summary

IntePros is seeking an experienced Event Content Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of breakout session content for large-scale events in the Seattle area. You will partner with Product Marketing, speakers, customers, and vendors to shape content, ensure quality, and maintain timelines from planning through delivery.

The role requires strong program coordination across multiple workstreams, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering high-impact event content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with 2–3+ years in event or project management.
• Experience managing event content development and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution skills with vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and execution of breakout session content across tracks.
• Establish timelines, milestones, deliverables, and content review schedules.
• Collaborate with product marketing, speakers, customers, and internal teams to ensure quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to stay on track.
• Coordinate with external vendors and executive stakeholders throughout projects.
• Develop content strategies, delivery plans, and project documentation.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, content reviews, and leadership status updates.
