Job summary

Stonebridge in Seattle, Washington is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the restaurant team during morning service, ensuring prompt, friendly guest experiences and smooth station setup.

You will oversee buffet and kitchen line, train new staff, maintain cleanliness, manage guest feedback, and assist with catering events as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the correct and timely setup of the buffet and kitchen line, ensuring it meets brand standards.
• Supervise and train new team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables, chairs, and surfaces are regularly cleaned.
• Ensure all glassware and silverware are polished and properly set for service.
• Monitor and exceed Guest Service Scores, keeping them above brand standards.
• Manage guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and communicating service recovery incidents with the Manager on Duty.
• Assist team members in completing daily side work tasks, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.
• Replenish the buffet and kitchen supplies as needed during service, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Set up tables and assist with the transition to dinner service daily.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper food handling and preparation.
• Plan, organize, and deliver catering service during events as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the supervisor or manager.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for leading and organizing the restaurant team, ensuring high guest satisfaction through proactive service and interaction. This role oversees the setup and maintenance of the restaurant while managing guest feedback and service recovery to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
