Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a restaurant supervisor for the Embassy Suites in Omaha to lead a team of food and beverage associates, delivering timely, friendly service across dining areas at the hotel.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure service quality and cleanliness, coordinate front-of-house with kitchen operations, and help with bartending or food running as needed. This role supports scheduling and cost control, and requires 6+ months of server experience and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role—ensures you understand service fundamentals and team dynamics.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience—critical for coaching associates and resolving service issues quickly.
  • Hotel or hospitality background—helps in adapting to fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days) —ensures guest and team safety.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule—necessary for physical and operational demands.
