Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead a warm, guest-focused breakfast service. You will help start the day with a welcoming atmosphere, maintain a well-stocked buffet, and ensure cleanliness of the dining area while supporting team members.

Breakfast Supervisor

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll help start each guest’s day with a warm welcome and a well-prepared breakfast experience. You’ll set up, maintain, and clean the breakfast area, ensuring food is fresh, stocked, and presented with care. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys creating a positive morning atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the warm and welcoming start to our guests' day, ensuring they have a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
• Your daily tasks will include setting up the breakfast buffet, replenishing food items, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• You will report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
• A career as a breakfast supervisor can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as food and beverage management positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
