Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Server for the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. You will greet guests, describe menu items, upsell, and ensure a smooth dining experience from seating to bill.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth in a world-class property.

Qualifications

• Able to describe menu items and upsell effectively.
• Able to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Describe menu items and upsell to guests.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance guest conversation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist guests with concerns and resolve issues.
• Present bills accurately and finalize the guest experience.
