Job summary

ARK hotel is seeking an enthusiastic breakfast attendant to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. You will set up the breakfast buffet each morning, keep items replenished, and assist guests with food and beverage service during breakfast hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and health standards, replenishing supplies, and efficiently clearing used items. Previous food service experience is a plus and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast buffet each morning with fresh items.
• Serve guests at dining area and replenish as needed.
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and silverware efficiently during breakfast service.
• Clean breakfast area, tables, chairs and buffet bar; empty garbage.
