Job summary

Embassy Suites Charlotte is hiring for Breakfast Attendants to join our morning team. This full-time role requires early morning availability, friendly guest service, and the ability to maintain a spotless breakfast area in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include preparing breakfast items, setting up service areas, monitoring temperatures, restocking, and assisting with closing duties. Prior customer-facing work is preferred; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must be able to arrive on time for early morning shifts.
• Demonstrates professional appearance and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare cold and hot breakfast items and assist with breakfast setup.
• Maintain breakfast area to brand standards and monitor item temperatures.
• Replenish and rotate items; keep service areas clean and organized.
• Clear tables, wash utensils, and perform closing duties as assigned.
• Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
