Job summary

We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant at a San Mateo, CA hotel to support breakfast service. You will prepare and set up breakfast items, maintain the breakfast area, and assist with guest-oriented tasks while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Shifts are Fridays and Saturdays from 5am to 11am; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods may be required. A friendly demeanor and adherence to hotel policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ability to follow health and safety codes and maintain cleanliness of breakfast areas.
• Inventory and supply handling skills for breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and/or place the breakfast food order.
• Submit delivery invoices for payment review.
• Prepare and set up breakfast foods.
• Conduct inventories of breakfast food and supplies.
• Maintain breakfast stock and cleanliness during service.
• Record food temperatures per health codes and ensure safety training.
