Job summary

Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center Pierre seeks a Breakfast Attendant to help operate the continental breakfast area. You will interact professionally with guests and maintain high quality standards for the breakfast service.

The role requires early morning shifts, basic English, and willingness to assist in other departments during peak times. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Prior food handling experience preferred.
• Must pass health department certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.
• Responds appropriately to requests or concerns.
• Follows all safe food handling procedures.
• Knowledgeable of continental breakfast core items.
• Maintains breakfast area clean and functional.
• Informs management of guest-related problems and shortages.
• Must work early morning shifts.
• Willing to assist in housekeeping, laundry, and front desk during peak times.
• Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area.
• Other duties as assigned.
